Sirens & Stalls: Bobby & Mallory

When Mallory first told me that both she and Bobby were firefighters, I knew this wasn't going to be a typical park session. Having access to the firehouse and a firetruck was such a unique opportunity, but the adventure didn't stop there. Mallory also works at a horse barn, so we actually split our time across two different locations to capture the things they are most passionate about. It was a blast getting to know them and seeing their personalities shine in the places they spend most of their time.

The Firehouse

There is something so visually striking about the bold reds and metallic textures of a firetruck. We spent the first half of the session at the station, using the house and the truck as our playground. Bobby and Mallory brought so much energy to the shoot - it was clear they are just as passionate about their work as they are about each other.

Golden Hour at the Barn

For the second part of the adventure, we headed to the horse farm. The transition from the industrial feel of the firehouse to the soft, rustic atmosphere of the stables was incredible. Working with the horses and catching the late afternoon light gave us a completely different side of their relationship - quiet, natural, and incredibly happy.

"The best engagement sessions aren't just about beautiful locations - they're about documenting the passions that bring two people together."
