Aaron & Ashley: Rescheduling for the Golden Hour
We originally had a different date on the calendar for Aaron and Ashley's session, but Central Pennsylvania weather had other plans. It was one of those weeks where the rain just wouldn't quit. We decided to hold out for a better day, and it totally paid off. We ended up with a beautiful, crisp fall evening at Historic Acres of Hershey, complete with that perfect golden light that makes the whole property glow.
Autumn Architecture
Historic Acres is one of those venues that offers a great mix of rustic charm and clean, elegant lines. We wandered around the farmhouse and the barn, taking advantage of the fall colors starting to peek through. Aaron and Ashley were so easy to work with - their natural energy made it simple to capture the genuine excitement they have for their wedding next year at this same exact spot.
Worth the Wait
Rescheduling can be a hassle, but when you're rewarded with a sunset like this, it's always worth it. The low autumn sun provided a soft, warm backlight for their portraits near the pond and the cornfields. It was the perfect preview of what's to come for their wedding day, and I can't wait to be back here with them next year to document the big day.
