1:30pm Arrival

I arrive and capture details shots - dress, shoes, rings, jewelry, candids of getting ready, and a few last makeup/hair shots. We'll also get the girls ready with time for a few group portraits. If there's a 2nd photographer, the guys will have fun with getting ready candids and a few group shots.

Note: If you have travels to the ceremony location, be sure to add some extra time here.

First Look

The bride meets the groom before the ceremony. I'll capture the emotions and candid reactions of you two seeing each other for the first time (ok maybe not really). We'll then capture a few more portraits with the two of you. Also consider getting more bridal party photos completed here to free up time later in the day.

Ceremony

In a church, outside, in a barn? We got you covered, no matter how dark or bright. We capture photos quietly and from a distance using long range sniper lenses. Lots of candids and a few creative compositions.

Family Portraits

Family is important and I'm here to capture beautiful portraits inside or outside. Allocate at least 30 minutes to capture everyone. I'll assist in creating a photo name list and we'll announce names then to line family up in nice poses.

Bridal Party

We'll capture the full bridal party in a few quick poses, then move on to you two as a couple getting some nice candids, relaxed posed shots, and artistic portraits. I strongly recommend 1 hour to comfortably capture everyone.

Since you have no bridal party, we can capture an extended portrait time or use the extra time to enjoy with family and guests.

Note: If you have travels to the reception location, be sure to add some extra time here.

Reception

Enter into the reception area. Usually your DJ will announce names and then time for toasts, dinner, dancing, and more partying!

Evening Photos

I highly recommend setting 15-30 minutes aside for a few creative portraits around sunset or night. These turn out pretty cool! Can be outside or inside depending on your venue.

9:30pm Finale

Sparkler exit? Getting in car? We'll capture whatever you have planned until our time is up. Maybe one last parting shot, then we say goodbyes.
