Jess & Nate: A Harrisburg City Adventure

We met up with Jess and Nate for an afternoon spent exploring the absolute best of downtown Harrisburg. Our journey started at the State Capitol, taking advantage of the grand architecture and sweeping stone steps before making our way down to the river. We covered quite a bit of ground, wandering along Front Street and eventually crossing over onto the Walnut Street Bridge to catch the breeze and the views over the Susquehanna.

Architectural Grandeur

The Harrisburg Capitol building is a classic for a reason. Its massive pillars and intricate stonework create a sense of scale that really makes a couple stand out. We spent time finding the right angles outside the building structures, capturing a mix of formal portraits and more relaxed moments as Jess and Nate took in the city vibes.

Riverside & Bridge Views

Moving from the city's architecture to the riverfront provides such a nice change of pace. Walking across the Walnut Street Bridge gave us that perfect open-air feel, with the river stretching out on both sides. It was the ideal spot to cap off our adventure, letting the couple enjoy a few quiet moments above the water.

"The energy of the city combined with the serenity of the riverfront makes Harrisburg one of our favorite spots for a diverse engagement gallery."
