Harrisburg Capitol wedding with Taj and Yamen. A retired Navy Lieutenant and an IT professional found each other and tied the knot in our beautiful Harrisburg capitol.
When President Theodore Roosevelt attended the dedication of this building on October 4, 1906, he said, "This is the handsomest building I ever saw." What a statement! Designed in the American Renaissance style by Philadelphia architect Joseph Huston (1866-1940), who envisioned the building as a "Palace of Art." And indeed it is.
After capturing the beauty and magnificence of the Rotunda interiors, we continued the celebration at the Hilton Harrisburg on 2nd street. Congrats to Taj & Yamen! Check out a few highlights below!
